You can click on the goods that interest you, then choose the currency, fill in the quantity you want. Then click on "add to cart". There has been your order number (please keep it in a safe place for future use!). Then, fill in your detailed information: Email, last name, first name, country, address, telephone number and postal code. And select your payment: Visa or MasterCard, then "check out" to pay it. Do not forget to keep the order information in a safe place in case you might need to check your order status.
All of our shoes are 100% authentic. They come in original box. You may also request pictures of the exact shoes you order before they are shipped.
zx2kshoe.com believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on our site. It is our policy to not sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as your name, credit card number, or address to any third parties.

Orders may take up to 3 days to process prior to shipment. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. We ship orders Monday through Saturday.
You can check the status of your order at any time by going directly to the links provided by our customer service via email. We will email the tracking number to you. Please note that carrier's website may not update the records and parcel status in time.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If your order has not shipped, please contact our Customer Care team and they will do their best to accommodate the request.
In the event a cancellation request is received, we will try our best to accommodate, however in some instances cancellation is not possible. Please contact customer service immediately with your request.
If you want to apply a return, you will need to contact customer service at service@hxecltd.com and informed of the reason for returning. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, altered or washed, etc. Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
